This policy explains which personal data we process when you contact us through this website, what we use it for and your rights, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.

What data we process
The data you give us in the form: name, phone number and, if you provide them, email and message. If you ask about a specific car, we also store which car your request refers to and the page you sent it from. We do not ask for special category data.
If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you share in that conversation in order to respond.
What we use it for and on what legal basis
- Responding to your request and contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Handling the possible purchase of the vehicle or service you are interested in: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Protecting the form against abuse and automated submissions: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your request and, where applicable, any subsequent business relationship. After that, we keep it blocked only for the periods required by law and then delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors, under the terms required by the GDPR:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and protection of the form against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Supabase, Inc.: database where requests are stored.
- Telegram: internal notification of new requests to our team.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing or request its restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [PENDING: contact email]. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
